Terms of Service

The Service is operated by PPC Magic ("PPC Magic", "we", "us"), a company registered in the Netherlands.

PPC Magic Copilot is an invitation-only application used by PPC Magic, its authorised personnel, and any advertising agency to which PPC Magic grants access, to monitor, audit and report on the Google Ads accounts those organisations are authorised to manage on behalf of their clients. It reads data from those accounts, compares it against agreed targets and an optimisation checklist, and presents alerts, summaries and reports.

The Service is not offered to the general public, is not available for self-registration, and is not an advertiser-facing product. Nothing in the Service constitutes an offer of a separate paid software subscription.

The Service does not create, edit, pause or delete anything in a Google Ads account. It performs read operations only through Google's official Google Ads API. All changes to campaigns, budgets, keywords, bids and creatives are made by a PPC Magic account manager directly in the Google Ads interface, on the basis of that person's professional judgement.

Access is granted by PPC Magic to named individuals. Credentials are personal and must not be shared, transferred or used by anyone else. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.

You must notify us immediately at accounts@ppcmagic.com if you believe your credentials have been compromised. We may suspend or withdraw access at any time, including where access is no longer required or where these Terms have been breached.

You must not:

• attempt to access data belonging to any account or client you are not authorised to see;
• copy, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works from the Service;
• scrape, bulk-export or automate access to the Service other than as intended;
• interfere with the security, integrity or availability of the Service, or attempt to circumvent any access control or rate limit;
• use the Service in a way that breaches applicable law, the Google Ads API Terms of Service, Google's advertising policies, or any obligation owed to a client.

The Service accesses Google Ads data through the Google Ads API using credentials held by PPC Magic, and only for the accounts PPC Magic is authorised to manage. Use of that data is subject to the Google Ads API Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy, in addition to these Terms.

The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, database, email delivery and AI text generation. Those providers operate under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or performance.

The Service, including its software, structure and design, is owned by PPC Magic and is protected by intellectual property law. No licence is granted other than the limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended internal purpose.

Advertising data belonging to a client remains that client's data. PPC Magic processes it in the course of providing its services to that client.

Client account data visible in the Service is confidential. It may be used only to perform your role at PPC Magic, and may not be disclosed to any third party or to any other client without authorisation. This obligation continues after your access ends.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Metrics, alerts, checklist verdicts and AI-generated summaries are decision support, not professional advice, and may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect — including where a third-party API is unavailable or returns partial data. They are intended to support the judgement of a qualified account manager, not to replace it.

We give no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not guarantee any advertising outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PPC Magic is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost advertising performance, loss of goodwill or loss of data arising from use of the Service.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to EUR 5,000 or, if higher, the amounts paid for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for intent, wilful recklessness, death or personal injury, or any other liability that may not be excluded under mandatory Dutch law.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately where these Terms are breached, where continued access presents a security or legal risk, or where the relationship under which access was granted has ended. On termination your right to use the Service ends immediately.

Data held in the Service is retained or deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our obligations to the relevant client.

We may update these Terms. The version published on this page, with the date shown above, is the version in force. Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will give reasonable notice by email or in the Service before it takes effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam, without prejudice to any mandatory statutory right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
