Every client account,
watched every day
PPC Magic Copilot reads your whole Google Ads manager account overnight, checks each client against their targets and your optimisation checklist, and tells your team what needs attention before the client notices.
Read-only by design. It never changes a campaign.
Managing twenty accounts is a memory problem
The accounts don't fail loudly. They drift.
Work you can't prove
Optimisations get done, but nothing shows which account was touched, by whom, or when — until a client asks.
Drift caught late
Budgets overspend, CPA slips, conversion tracking breaks. On twenty accounts, you find out in the monthly report.
Checklists in someone's head
The routine that keeps accounts healthy lives in a spreadsheet nobody opens on a busy week.
What PPC Magic Copilot does
Account monitoring
Daily read-only pulls of spend, conversions, CPA, ROAS and impression share for every account under the manager account.
Targets and alerts
Per-client budgets and targets with rules for pacing, anomalies, zero-conversion spend and tracking health. Alerts in the app and by email.
Checklist auditing
Your optimisation checklist, per package and cadence, verified against the Google Ads change history — so you see what's done and what's outstanding.
Reporting
Stored daily snapshots power client reporting and week-over-week comparisons without re-querying history.
How it works
- 1
Link the manager account
One read-only connection brings in every client account beneath it, including nested managers.
- 2
It reads, every day
Performance, budgets and change history are pulled and stored, then checked against targets and the checklist.
- 3
The team gets a shortlist
One prioritised view of what needs attention, with the evidence behind each flag.
Built for agencies
PPC Magic Copilot is used inside PPC Magic, a Google Ads agency in Amsterdam, on the accounts we manage every day. We're preparing it for other agencies that run a manager account and a maintenance routine of their own. Access is by invitation — there's no public sign-up and no advertiser-facing login.
Google Ads credentials are held server-side and never reach the browser. The tool only reads: every change to a campaign is made by a person, in Google Ads.
